Hwy 618 is a short secondary highway linking the small towns of Starrett-Olsen and Madsen to Hwy105 and Red Lake.

The Western Terminus of Hwy 618 is located at the small mining community of Starrett-Olsen, west of Red Lake.

  

These two photos highlight the Western Terminus of Hwy 618 at Starrett-Olsen.  Hwy 618 peters out at Olsen Mine Road some 11km west of Red Lake.

Currently there are no pictures available of the Eastern Terminus of Hwy 618 at Ontario's northern-most traffic signal at the Hwy 105 junction in Red Lake.
