King's Highway 2
Hwy 3->

Hwy 2 is the predecessor to the Hwy 401.  The route served as Southern Ontario's trans-provincial highway until it was bypassed during between the 1930s and 1960s by Hwy 401.  In 1997 Hwy 2 ran between Banwell Street in Windsor and Hwy 34 in Lancaster.  Today, only a sliver of this once great highway remains between the eastern boundary of the Town of Gananoque and Highway 401 exit 648.
